JUAN MATA is happy at Manchester United and will NOT be leaving Old Trafford
The former Chelsea ace, who moved to the Red Devils in January for £37.5m, has been restricted to mainly substitute roles this term with Wayne Rooney being deployed in a deeper role.
But the 26-year-old scored United's winner against Crystal Palace in their last game
And, according to Sky Sports' Spanish football expert Guillem Balague all is well in the camp.
Balague tweeted: "About [sic] Mata: he has no intention to leave @ManUtd. Has been in the line-up in 7/9 games this season. 3rd in shirt sells. He’s happy. So is LvG."
Louis van Gaal spent £159m in the summer, including breaking the British transfer record on Angel Di Maria, and was expected to spend big again in January, however chief exec Ed Woodward earlier this week said transfers were unlikely.
